Cove Fort

Mike and I had planned on taking the family to Cove Fort for years. We finally made it. The kids loved it. We made a whole day out of it. We had a great time learning of the history of Cove Fort.

First Day of School

This day came way to quick. Our summer was full of travel and fun. It's crazy how fast the summer goes, but the school seems to last forever. Don't they all look so cute...and can you believe how much they've all grown up.

Can't believe my baby boy is already 3. I knew it would go by way to fast, and have tried to capture every moment possible with him, but I still feel like I'm missing it. He's such a joy in all of our lives. He makes our life complete. He has a great personality and is so sweet. He tells me I'm his best friend, which touches my heart. Just the other day he told me "Mom...you have the most beautiful eyes". How sweet is that.

He wanted a "Tangled" cake, but we talked him into

getting this adorable "Toy Story" cake.

As you can see...he was thrilled

with it!

was the hit of the party!!!

24th Of July Parade

The parade was fun. We even got dad to come with us. He was just barely starting to have problems walking, and had to lean on someone as he walked. Who would've guessed that by December, he would barely be able to walk and talk. It's hard to believe.

Mountain - Tailgate BBQ

*TAILGATE BBQ ON THE MOUNTAIN*

We decided last minute to run up on Mom's property and have a BBQ. It was so nice to just get away. It's beautiful up there. Corbin found the shovel and thought he should try to dig a hole. It was so cute to see him scoop the dirt and dump it. He thinks he's such a big boy. Lexie and Chloee took Trixie for a walk, and Mike bbq'd hamburgers on the back of the tailgate. Its so much fun to be with the family. Those burgers were delish...there's nothing like a burger on the mountain.

4th of July Weekend!!!

~4th Of July Weekend~

The last few years, on the 4th of July weekend, we head over to Enterprise with our boats and enjoy some fishing/tubing. It's been a lot of fun! Jack and Carrie usually camp there, but we haven't..not sure I could handle it! After we spend the day on the water, we go back to their camp and cook a wonderful

dinner, then we head back home...to sleep in our own beds! It always brings back memories of my dad (Brent) when Jack and I were growing up. It makes me sad to think that he's been gone for 20 years. He's missed out on so much.

Arizona Day 5

FIFTH DAY!

Diamond Backs Game!!!

This was the highlight of the trip! We all got dressed up in our Diamond Backs get up and off to the game we went! This was so much fun! The hotdogs, garlic fries, and burgers were delish (Pricey, but delish). It was a chance in a lifetime! We all got into the game (yelling and the whole 9 yards). Corbin had fun playing on the toys and caught everyone's eye, since he's such a cute little guy! Good times, Good times!!!
