"HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY CHLOEE"
Our baby girl turned 7 on February 26th! Yep, she's that old...I know, I can't believe it either! For her birthday she wanted to play with playdough. So, I bought each of the (8) girls their own playdough (Yeah, I hate the stuff too! But that's all she wanted to do...) and they all seemed to have a good time...then we opened presents and had ICE CREAM CAKE! She had a great time! When it was time for the girls to go, they each took their playdough, a balloon and a GOODIE BAG!!! Next year she'll be 8--that's a BIG birthday at our house! But lets not RUSH it!!!Tuesday, March 16, 2010
Ice Skating
***ICE SKATING***
So there's a new ice skating rink in St. George. We decided we'd try it out. So on President's Day, when the kids were out of school, we decided to take them...It was the best time we'd had as family in a long time. They all did it...we even had Corbin out on the ice (he was in his stroller, but he was out there!) The girls fell numerous times, but they got back up and kept going. Lexie fell on her back, and still has the bruises to show for it. Chloee knocked me down and I landed on my right arm, and it took a week to feel normal again...But it was all worth it. It really was an enjoyable day. They keep asking if we can go again -- so that's a good sign!

Super Bowl
"SUPER BOWL SUNDAY"
It has become a custom for our family to get together for the super bowl! The last couple of years we've had the luxury of going to Uncle John's house...It's nice and big and the kids can RUN!!! We have a great time each year. This year John provided the STEAK! Jack and Carrie provided the POTATOES with yummy toppings, I made John's favorite COOKIE SALAD and homemade OREO'S, and Grandma made a yummy PASTA SALAD!!! What can I say we like to EAT! Thanks Uncle John for the fun time!!!"Look at that shiner above his eye!"
